Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping carriers and timeframes are based on shipping type selected at checkout. We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $100USD within the United States.

Any online orders containing pre-order styles will be processed and dispatched in full without split shipment. Once pre-order styles become available, order fulfillment will commence from the date specified upon the relevant pre-order product page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept the return of a product if it is unused with its original packaging fully intact. Email hello@eimi.store within 7 days of delivery and reference your order number. The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card. 

No returns on International orders.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unfortunate event you receive an item that was damaged in transit (these things happen), please email hello@eimi.store within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item. We will happily proceed to resolve the issue.
